If you are an investor looking for growth, income, or an investment into HALI Capital Group MLP Fund, a single direct project investment could be the opportunity you have been looking for. The funds primary objective is to capitalize on the coming flood of mature, successful companies owned by baby boomers looking to retire. By targeting companies for historical cash flows with modest expectations of growth, we are able to provide long term stable returns for our investors. Since we are structured as an open ended fund, investors focused on growth can choose to reinvestment back into the fund, while those looking for income can count on our quarterly dividends to meet their income goals. HALI Capital Group invests in the very backbone of the US economy; small businesses. By blending some of the tried and true investment principals and philosophies with a fresh approach to private equity investing through smaller size companies, we are able to capitalize on the opportunity at hand and create safe, long term yields for our investors, while boosting employment and prosperity in the sectors we invest.
Our philosophy is simple yet powerful. HALI Capital invests in and acquires smaller, agile companies that are poised for long term cash flow and capital growth. HALI Capital uses active trust building and high efficiency operating techniques to build an innovating employee base to take our portfolio companies back into a growth stage and bring profits to the next level.
We have decided to launch a new chapter in HALI Capital Group. Although we will still accept investment from for profit investors, our focus is to help non-profits establish an endowment fund which will be managed through our fund. By investing non-profit assets into small business, we hope to create sustainable operations for these non-profits so they can focus on their mission rather than having to worry about keeping the doors open. If you know someone who owns a 501 (c)3 or other non-profit, I would like to meet them and show them why having an endowment fund is the most important thing they can do to sustain operations.
What Sets Us Apart
What sets us apart from other PE firms is we always look for the opportunity to hold a company indefinitely. Simply put, we invest for the purposes of long term cash flow. By focusing cash flow, we create long term sustainability in the companies we own. The effect is the creation of long term cash distributions that our investors can count on.
